Basic Sales Quote Review

Introductory Service used with single unit or smaller dollar equipment transactions with few complications. After obtaining your sales quote and background decision information I will prepare the service material package. Using the service material, we will work together to understand your equipment transaction more clearly and discuss the four different scenario options.  

With our Basic Sales Quote Review service, you will receive a Deal Recap Page and Deal Comparison Page explaining the various strengths and weakness of the four different deal scenarios. The single unit or smaller dollar value nature of the transaction suits itself best for the Basic Sales Quote service. With only one machine to address we can focus easier on the other variables such as;

  • Your equipment ownership parameters and lifecycle intentions  
  • Utilization of your capital resources with the amount of downpayment or trade equity to leverage any subsidized financing rates
  • cashflow impacts of various repayment schedules and financing options
  • comparison of different lenders and their fee structures compared to unit pricing options
  • as well as dozens of other variables which are keyed to your own specific business operation and location

Starting at $85.00 plus any applicable taxes with Sales Quotes priced under $75,000.00 this service is affordable to every type of equipment buyer.

Expanded Quote Review

For larger dollar transactions I can offer my Expanded  Quote Review service which will include every thing in the Basic Sales Quote service plus additional customize repayment schedules.  Each Expanded Quote service package will include at least four additional pages which breakdown each of the comparison options. By using your background information and sales deal variables I will develop custom comparisons schedules for your situation.

These additional pages will allow us to visionally breakdown each of the comparison options. These expanded charts will allow us to talk about the impacts of early trade-ins, partial payouts, and various repayment terms.  By using these additional pages, we can discuss the interplay of the cashflow and payment terms to increase your deal savings.

During our telephone conversations we will talk about and point out where additional savings can be located or unnecessary charges avoided. Together we will discuss the Expanded Review material and based upon your feedback I may even finetune your options so you can realize even more savings. 

Multiple Unit Deals

Over the last two decades more vendors have transitioned their sales incentive focus towards multiple unit deal packages as the average equipment operator has continued to grow in size. Today more average sized buyers have reshaped their purchasing patterns as a reaction to their vendors’ programing.  In your past the chances are you have likely purchased several units together on a single deal. Whether it is a annual or bi-annual occurrence is driven by the scale of your operation and the seasonal timing of your dealership’s sales team quotes.

Unfortunately, those additional front-end savings from lower sales prices can also see your difficulties grow because of additional backend financing charges. Since 2008 the market has seen more third-party lenders include additional penalty charges built into their contracts. Penalties which are more likely to be charged because of the nature of multi-unit deal packages being split apart with earlier trade-ins. The larger the deal package the greater the complexity of the additional units within the deal. This complexity means that with a few significant steps you can save thousands in unnecessary charges and penalties. Existing Unit Deal

This service is used by equipment operators to review any existing equipment where you are currently making payments. The concept of this service is help you to analysis your outstanding financing contract before you take that next decision step which can trigger additional costs.

 

Whether you are thinking about an early trade-up of a single unit, partial payout of units within a multiple unit deal, and prepayments with surplus capital. Or due to cashflow pressures evaluating the possibilities of refinancing your current outstanding balance to a more attractive financing rate or trying to obtain lower payments. Since 2008 any of these actions can be expensive, if not handled properly.
